COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

The Health + Glow Team Are Abiding By The CDC’s Health And Safety Regulations Regarding Operating A Medical Office And Spa During COVID-19.

The safety of our guests and staff are our top priority. We are committed to providing experiences and services that meet the highest sanitation and hygiene standards. To enjoy your experience to the fullest, we ask that guests be aware of the following standards and help us ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and employees. Until further notice, we will be implementing the following protocols.

AS A GUEST, YOU MUST COMMIT TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Refraining from visiting the spa if you have a fever or communicable illness and/or if you are under an isolation or quarantine order/directive.

  • Please call us upon your arrival before entering the building. We will inform you if you should enter for your appointment. If not, please wait in your vehicle and we will call you when it’s time to enter for your appointment.

  • Only two guests are allowed in the waiting area at one time.

  • All clients must wear a face covering in the office unless receiving select treatments.

  • Client temperatures will be checked upon arrival.

  • Temperatures will be taken upon arrival. Clients will not be seen if showing signs of a fever.

  • No family members, guests or individuals who do not have an appointment will be allowed in the lobby or treatment rooms with clients.

  • Clients must consent and respond to CDC-required COVID-19 questions before treatment.

  • Clients must wash hands for at least 20 seconds before treatment.

AS A MEDICAL OFFICE AND SPA, WE COMMIT TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Meeting or exceeding all state, local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitation and hygiene.

  • We have installed a HEPA UV Air Filtration system for each treatment room. This helps purify and disinfect airborne bacteria.

  • Appointments will be scheduled with sufficient time in between to avoid unnecessary contact.

  • Staff’s temperature will be checked three times a day and will be logged by management.

  • All staff will be required to wear a face mask and gloves.

  • Lobby, office, treatment rooms, and bathrooms will be cleaned and disinfected after every client or every 30 minutes.

  • Hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap is available in every treatment room and bathroom.
