POLICIES + PROCEDURES
At Health + Glow, we pride ourselves on offering the best care for our clients. Please take a moment to review our company policies and procedures described below. Our policies are designed to ensure you have a truly enjoyable visit with us.
STAFF
All Health + Glow therapists are Florida State licensed and trained at Health + Glow.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
We are happy to assist with your appointment reservations if you’d like to call the medspa at 813-832-GLOW. You are also welcome to book online at www.myhealthandglow.com.
CONSULTATIONS
While we offer a great selection of high quality, results-oriented services, not all procedures are suitable for everyone. We require consultations for most laser procedures and injectables. Individually designed treatment plans help us carefully deliver optimal results. Please contact us to schedule.
• We charge $50.00 for consultations which we’ll happily apply to any procedure you decide to have. Skin consultations are always complimentary.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa, Cash, and Health + Glow gift cards. We do not accept personal checks.
PUNCTUALITY
We respectfully request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services at Health + Glow, your appointment is scheduled with a technician whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:
• You may opt to shorten your treatment
• You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time. However, a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us, however, we do ask that you kindly provide 48-hours’ notice. Regretfully, no-shows will be charged the full-service fee.
GRATUITIES
You are welcome to leave a gratuity for your skin service if you are feeling inclined. 20% is customary, however the amount you leave is at your discretion.
MEMBERSHIPS
Health + Glow memberships have a 6-month minimum contract. Cancellations prior to the end of the 6-month contract will be charged the retail price differentiation of redeemed services. Florida State sales tax will be added to all memberships, and tipping is not included.
• Unused membership services will rollover to the next month for a maximum of 2 months before expiring.
• A Health + Glow member is entitled to freeze their membership for up to 90 days for a cost of $10 per month.
EXCHANGES
When you purchase a course of treatments, you will receive a discounted price. Because of this discounted price, the payment must be made at the beginning of your course. Unfortunately, these courses are non-refundable.
