Annual Physicals
At your annual physical, we check blood pressure, heart rate, respiration rate, annual blood work, medical and family history, and overall wellness.
Vaccinations
We offer adult vaccines, travel immunizations, and COVID-19 vaccines. The adult vaccines offered is include TDAP, shingles, and flu vaccines.
Employee Health Exams
We offer comprehensive screenings – Occupational Health and Multi-Panel Drug Screening. We also offer tests required by regulations for certain positions.
Primary Care
We offer personalized primary care services for a range of healthcare needs, including sick visits, vaccinations, annual physicals, weight loss journeys, and more.
In-house Labs
Available lab tests include wellness panel (CBC, CMP, fasting lipid, TSH, Vitamin D, and more), male and female hormone panel, and STI/STD testing.
Urgent care
We offer urgent care services for minor cuts and burns, sprains, dehydration and nausea/vomiting, UTIs, as well as rashes, bug bites, and allergic reactions.

Dr. Swapna Kallikadan is a distinguished female physician and entrepreneur with more than two decades of clinical experience. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Anti-Aging/Regenerative Medicine, and Harvard-certified in Obesity Medicine. As the founder and medical director of HEALTH + GLOW primary care | med spa | wellness in Tampa, Florida, Dr.Kallikadan seamlessly integrates evidence-based internal medicine with advanced aesthetic and regenerative therapies to provide patients with comprehensive, personalized care.
Dr. Kallikadan earned her medical degree from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany, where her training included international clinical rotations in India and England. She went on to complete her residency in Internal Medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. She is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Anti-Aging/Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM).
Her areas of clinical expertise include preventive medicine, medical weight loss, hormone optimization and aesthetic medicine. She is particularly passionate about anti-aging interventions that promote longevity, vitality and enhanced quality of life.
