Membership Policy

At Health + Glow, we want to provide you with a seamless and rewarding membership experience. Please take note of our membership policy details:

Minimum 6-Month Contract

The Glow Membership requires a minimum commitment of six months. This ensures that you have ample time to experience the full benefits of the program and see visible improvements in your skin. Early cancellations before the end of the 6-month contract will incur charges based on the retail price differentiation of redeemed services.

Florida State Sales Tax

All membership fees are subject to Florida State sales tax, which will be added to your monthly membership cost.

Gratuities Not Included

While we strive to provide exceptional service, gratuities for our staff members are not included in the membership fees. If you wish to express your appreciation for their dedicated care, you may do so separately.

Membership Freeze Option

Need to take a break from your membership? We offer the option to freeze your membership for up to 60 days for a cost of $20 per month. This allows you to temporarily pause your monthly payments while ensuring you can reactivate your membership when you’re ready to resume your skincare journey.

Rollover of Unused Services

We understand that life can get busy, which is why we allow the rollover of unused membership services for up to two months. This means that if you can’t make it in for your monthly custom facial, you won’t lose out on that treatment—it will be available for you to enjoy in the following months. Please note that unused services beyond the two-month period will expire.
